I have tried reinstalling the drivers for the capture card, reinstalling OBS, switching around HDMI cables, and have tried switching from USB 3.0 to 2.0 and vice-versa. When using the video capture software, the error "Please connect your Elgato Video Capture hardware to any USB 2.0 port." shows up, despite it being detected in OBS (both programs are never open at the same time). Very rarely, a single frame of the image will show up on screen for a second and then disappear completely. Audio will show up most of the time, but sometimes it won't. When I open OBS the capture card is detected, but no video shows. The PC-free mode is great for capturing Switch gameplay when you're away from your computer.Hi, I'm trying to help my roommate with his dual-PC setup for streaming.
